18650 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 18650 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 18650 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 18650 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply to all users, including visitors without an account, registered active users, and any party accessing content or services through the 18650 platform. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation or other entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
- Is residing in or located within Malaysia when using the platform
- Not prohibited by local law from using this service
- Has never had an account previously suspended or terminated by 18650
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account
- Any attempt at fraud or misconduct will result in immediate account closure
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 18650 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documents, including a copy of your identification card or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the 18650 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules and must not engage in any activity that violates these terms:
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of fraud or promotion abuse
- Sharing account login credentials with any third party
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations in force in their jurisdiction. 18650 is not liable for any breach of local law committed by users in the course of using this service.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 18650 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the chosen payment method
- Funds deposited via unauthorised payment methods will be reversed and the account may be suspended
- 18650 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the platform account
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a certain limit
- Withdrawal processing times are one to three business days, depending on the chosen method
18650 reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud or a breach of terms. If funds are credited to an account in error, the user must notify customer support within 24 hours for further action.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 18650 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 18650 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. 18650 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical issues beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, trade names, software, and other materials displayed on the 18650 platform are the property of 18650 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 18650.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The 18650 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or approval of those sites' content. 18650 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any third-party website.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
18650 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraud, multiple account usage, or any activity that is detrimental to the platform or other users. In cases of closure due to a violation, any funds involved in the fraud or breach may be forfeited. Legitimate funds not connected to the violation will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.
Changes to These Terms
18650 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted to the extent possible to reflect the original intent, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
